Contest Terms & Conditions
This contest is valid in the United States Only
1. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Monday, November 30, 2009. Winners will be selected by random drawing.
All contest entries will become the property of MazePlay Inc. and will not be returned to contest participants. MazePlay Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entries.
2. Eligibility: This contest is open only to those who reside in and are physically located in the 50 United States (upon verification of prize eligibility). MazePlay Inc. employees, distributors, resellers, affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the contest. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.
By entering this contest, participants grant MazePlay Inc. a non-exclusive right to use the materials submitted and the content of the entries in any marketing or promotional materials that MazePlay Inc., in its sole discretion, may decide to publish, distribute or use. Participants agree to sign a release to this effect.

By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of MazePlay Inc. being final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the United States apply.
3. How to Enter:
1. Text the code obtained from completing the MazePlay Sudoku grid to 32075. Or go online to www.mazeplay/contest to enter the 9 digit code you obtained from completing the MazePlay Sudoku grid.
2. * Mail a 3x5 card to: MazePlay Inc, Attn: Corn Maze Sudoku Contest, 475 East 1000 North, Firth, ID 83236.
* Please provide your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, phone number, and date of birth so we may notify winners promptly.
Alternate Method of Entry: MazePlay Inc. recommends that you submit your entry by mail. However, you may submit your entry electronically by sending an e-mail.Please send your entry to contest@mazeplay.com. Subject line should be: "Corn Maze Sudoku Contest." Electronic entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of MazePlay Inc..
Limit of one entry per person.
4. Prizes Awarded: NO FEE OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. One winner will receive a Nintendo WII game consule along with a Nintendo WII Fit game system. The odds of winning will be dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. Prize winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes. Entries must meet all eligibility requirements. Prize will be awarded once the winner has been contacted.
5. Identification and Notification of Prize Winner: MazePlay Inc. will award prize only upon winner verification and final approval. * Winner will be selected on or before November 30, 2009. Decisions by MazePlay Inc. of winner eligibility, notification, and acceptance or disqualification will be final and binding. Prize winner will receive notification by one of the following methods: phone and/or e-mail or certified mail and will have five (5) business days to accept the prize or will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. All contest entries will become the property of MazePlay Inc. and will not be returned to contest participants.
If the selected winner has not complied with the Official Rules, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or does not respond within the specified time period, an alternate winner will be selected. Participation and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for MazePlay Inc. to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Participants agree to sign a release to this affect. All decisions of MazePlay Inc. shall be binding and final.
6. Limitation of Liability: MazePlay Inc. is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in processing entries for the contest.
MazePlay Inc. is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable Website network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.
MazePlay Inc. is not responsible for any delay, error, failure, problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of electronic mail or entries due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to any entrant, entrant's computer or to any other computer related to or resulting from participation in, or downloading materials for, this contest. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of MazePlay Inc. which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, MazePlay Inc. reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
CONDUCT: MazePlay Inc. reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify anyone found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website promoting the contest, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. MAZEPLAY INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. Tax Information: All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize won are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. General Information: This contest is being conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Idaho in the United States, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Idaho. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Idaho and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Idaho.
